To achieve improved services for people with rare disease and their social inclusion, IDF and IFRA are hosting a global webinar entitled, “From policy to practice with people with rare disease”, the 6th in our series on “Poverty, Hunger and Disability: The Missing Link.”

The focus of this webinar is to showcase local initiatives with people with rare diseases.
The objective of this webinar is too highlight the importance of community based services for people with rare diseases with examples of community based good practice.This webinar will be of immense value to practitioners in community health and in community-based rehabilitation. It will enable them to link their work to the global context and to the frameworks being presented.
The webinar will be in English with sign language interpretation (Indian & international), live captioning, Translation in French, Hindi and Spanish.
Community practitioners will present examples of their work from China, India, Singapore and Vietnam. These examples will showcase local initiatives which contribute to Positive Change in the lives of people with rare disease.
