UHC Day
The United Nations officially designated 12 December as International Universal Health Coverage Day in 2017, building on the Universal Health Coverage Coalition’s global campaign since 2014. Every year, advocates worldwide mobilize on UHC Day to call for strong, equitable health systems that leave no one behind.
More information about the campaign can be found on www.universalhealthcoverageday.org. Each year, it is led by the UHC Day Coordination Group (12.12.CG) powered by UHC2030, a multi-stakeholder platform driving the global movement to build strong health systems for universal health coverage.
