RD is the Executive Director of APCASO, a regional network of health, rights, and social justice organisations that work to advance the rights of vulnerable and marginalized communities. She is the founding member, and APCASO is the programmatic and fiscal host of the Activists? Coalition on TB Asia-Pacific (ACT! AP). APCASO is also the host of the People?s Vaccine Alliance (PVA) and implementer in Asia of the Community Engagement and Pandemic Preparedness and Response (COPPER CE).

APCASO has a network partnership base in countries across the Asia-Pacific region. They have established social media and other communication platforms which they use to reach out to various stakeholders in the region primary of which are health NGOs and community networks.
